Shit Steaks is an underground pop-up, operating four nights a week at a constantly changing secret location. Guests don’t book tables online — they inquire directly through Instagram DMs. From those inquiries, we randomly select ten tables each night, serving just twenty people across four dinner services every week.
Those who are chosen must arrive the day before their reservation to personally select their cut of prime, locally sourced beef. Each steak is then seasoned and prepared overnight using our proprietary process, ensuring every bite is uniquely crafted for that guest.
On the night of service, guests enjoy a full multi-course experience — Michelin-level sides, appetizers, and desserts — paired with curated wines. The focus is entirely on the food, the quality, and the preparation, not on pretentious vibes or white tablecloths.
